Depending on the villa, there might be slight differences, but every stay includes: – Daily cleaning – Daily fresh towels – Free WiFi – Villa smartphone

Breakfast is not included but we can arrange a private chef to cook breakfast, lunch, dinner or all of them. You can conveniently arrange this before check in, and throughout your stay with the villa smart-phone. More information can be found in the villa and otherwise feel free to ask us via the villa phone or email.

The check in time is at 2PM. For earlier check-in requests, we need to check availability – therefore please contact us with your personalized requests. We will always do our best to help you in any situation, even if early check-in is not possible.

In general, we would like to be informed about your expected time of arrival in order to welcome you at the villa. We understand that it is difficult to estimate the exact time, so if you are unsure, please let us know what time your plane lands.

On request, we can also organize a driver to bring you to the villa. In this case, all you need to do is get into the car and have our driver bring you to the villa in comfort. Our villa manager will await you there.

Our villas are located in the heart of Seminyak, Canggu and Legian. All three areas are known for its diversity of shops, cafes, restaurants, bars and clubs. There is something for everyone! Our villa staff can give you advice on the best places to visit. Western, Vegetarian, Vegan, Oriental and traditional Indonesian dishes can be found everywhere.

The check-out time is at 11am. A late checkout depends on the availability of the villa. Please communicate this in a timely manner, and we will do our best to help you meet your needs.

Bali is known for its biodiversity, with beautiful flowers and exotic animals. With this comes the increased risk of insects like mosquitoes. However, we provide mosquito repellent oils and mosquito coils. All villas are regularly fumigated.

Every villa is different and even though all villas have a pool, the sizes differ. We are aware that things can look slightly different in pictures. If you are uncertain, please send us a message.

We categorize our villas based on the number of bedrooms and region rather than their interior surface area.

All villas are a comfortable size and in general, the more bedrooms, the bigger the villa. Please send us a message if you like to know the exact dimensions

All deposits are non-refundable. Due to Covid-19 we will rebook all guests that are unable to fly to Bali.

Balance payments are always refundable.
